See this a lot on here with codes purchased from G2A , search for G2A on the search above i am sure you will find similar
Bad news is G2A is not an authorized retailer for EA, you will need to go back to G2A, but they will likely try to point you back here.
As they are the ones that sold that code they as the seller need to address this for you.

Edit- I removed the image that was displaying the code to the world , never a good idea anyone could then try to use it for example
Edit 2 - if your in a position to call , see db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.
Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
