Re: There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account CANT SUBSCRIBE.

I'm having the same problem, tried resetting EA account password, using a different browser and such. Just get "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support when I try to purchase a sub or  cartel coins through the website.
