The linked EA account that has the persona 8o2z4vtajj9 and uses a tk-home.cn email address is banned , if that isnt a known email address you can contact EA via help.ea.com and raise a ticket for a hacked EA account with the details mentioned. (dont provide your gmail email used on your present ea account as the banned account is a different account)
effectively that EA account needs to be unbanned to purchase on that swtor account
