One set of steps to try is here

  • Shut down the launcher.
  • Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc (or Win-X in Windows 10) to open task manager.
  • Click on the Processes tab and end the following Bit Raider processes: BRSptStub.exe and BRSptSvc.exe
  • Go to your installation directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic) and open the BitRaider folder.
  • Delete the Config folder.
  • Delete all .xfr files in the BitRaider folder.
  • Restart the launcher, it should now force a repair and allow you back into the game.

    I can´t find the Bit raider processes

    Are they enabled and running in windows services ?

    Windows key + R type

    services.msc

    press enter and look for bitraider services
