Unfortunately got the same issue.
I bought a subscription on Steam instead on the 17.05, but it is still the same error and no subscription.

I already did this on the 18.05, made the three screenshots and send a mail to [edit: email address removed].

I can confirm they have your email in about 5 hrs when they are online for the day

Support cant see an email from you from the email you have on the swtor account
However You do need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix an account issue , so have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone
Thanks for the update. I recently changed the mail address on the SWTOR account, but before i made the Steam purchase and I sent the support mail from this same address.
It seems like i can't change it back to the same mail i use for Steam, should i buy another subscription from a different Steam account?
Edit:
I have sent another mail to the support stating that the SWTOR and Steam account are using different mail addresses and that i can't change the SWTOR mail address.

it doesn't matter what email addresses you use on the steam and swtor account , you can use any you like
even if swtor support had your email they cannot add the gametime until the account issue is fixed, to fix that swtor account can onlly be done by calling swtor support when the lines are open
