I'm attempting the repair route you just shared. Here is the Dxdiag. OS is Windows 10 64 bit

Update: files were verified and no repair message shown.

Send an email to support@swtor.com and link this thread

provide your username / server and affected character and request a relocation of that character due to unable to login on that one character

may need to be patient though last i check response time was at 5- 6 days due to holidays

If a repair fails , the only other thing you can try is delete the games cache file called diskcachearena at :\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor when the game and launcher is closed , this is the games cache file and a fresh one is created on next game launch

Did you log off in a stronghold with that character at all ?

I dont own a stronghold, my last log offs are in my ship or out in the pve areas. I've had this account dor a while, but I never really invested much time till recently, and the game was freshly installed on this computer when I decided to pick Swtor back up again

  • Update: I decided to not touch anything after it entered the loading screen. after a short while, it sends me to server selection saying  "unable to player character due to server maintenance." and game was completely frozen. I attempted again to make sure it wasn't actual maintenance, and I was able to recreate the error and freeze.

Just to be certain on the repair , with the game and launcher not running

right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher
