Reactivation of old SWTOR Account

Hello

Today I tried to reactivate my old SWTOR account. Regained my UserName  and tried to reset my Password. That is sadly not working. I then remembered that I had a Security App installed on my old Smartphone. So I installed the App onto my new phone. But know it asks after a AktivierungsCode (I'm german) which I can not find.

Now I'm a little confused on how to proceed.

Help would be appreciated,

Regards,

Tobi

The app provides just a serial number so you can link it to your account.  However if its asking for an activation code it probably needs to remove the old copy of the app from your account first.  Whenever you have the app attached to your account, if you get a new phone and reinstall the app there, you have to remove the old app first.

In order to remove the old app you would need to contact customer service:

    Hey

    Thanks for your answer. 🙂

Yeah. have read something about "delocking" the app from my account. But I can't login to do that.

But I will try to call the customer support tomorrow. It's already quit late around here. 🙂

    Cheers,

    Tobi
