Reallocation quest, go to your ship's airlock on on hoth

I will walk up to lord draahg to talk to him before the fight but the game will not let me talk to him, the screen flashes black for a sec for a cutscene but on does not play. I relog in to the game ...

@proxos666 This unfortunately didnt work ive rest the mission multiple times and it wont let me create a in game ticket

  Making an in-game ticket is only available for subscribers. Try going to the planet of Hoth first, then once in an area with other players, right click your character portrait and choose reset all active instances.
  
  Also try the repair as per the above link.
