Recovering my old account

  So I recently thought about getting my other SWTOR account back. I quit playing it in somewhere between 2012-15 (if I recall correctly).
Through the years, I have forgotten the e-mail (which is probably disabled by now because the provider disables it permanently due to inactivity reasons...) & my account name. 
However, the only things I seem to remember are the names and details of the few characters assigned to that account. I'm also in possession of my pre-order code(and also box editon code too) linked with that specific account.

Is it possible to regain the access somehow?
