    I read it, i cant change the answer that is available as that is the only option

    the only way to recover an old account is via the phoning swtor support, if you cant get a displayname by entering your emails in the recover displayname link

      So the answer is "no there is no second line support, what you've been trying is the only option you have. If that won't do it then we can't help you".

      THAT is an answer. Not an answer I like but at least it's answer instead of an indifferent copy paste.
