thanks a lot for your reply.  I have called even though I'm located in Spain but the estimated waiting time is more than 10 minutes.  The call will cost more than the game.  Any othr suggestion?

i wonder have you solve the problem by calling'em?

I had the same problem, I phoned them and they could solve it. I phoned them on skype with the number that proxos666 gave.
