Redeem Code Issue in SWTOR account

If they couldn't help before then I don't know what more could be done.   Let me see if I understand completely.  You bought the pack and received the serial number.   You then typed the serial number into swtor.com and it reported success.  But you did not recieve subscriber status,  ~1000cc, or the rancor pet in mail?

The first code i redeemed worked fine, i got everything on the pack, then i got a second code as a gift, when i try to redeem it on the website i got this 'message not found' error.

what code are we talking if it is something like the outlander pack it can only be redeemed once per account by memory

It seems to me that it can be redeemed only once per account, BUT !!!! A big BUT! NOWHERE in the product description is said, that this is for one time use at account!

I have watched over and over and there is no such thing. It is sold as pack and contains the 60 days, 1050 CC and the pet, but NOWHERE is said, that this pack can be used once per account. Amazon has similar package with 90 days and bonuses and it explicit says in the description that it can be used only once per account. Origin has to fix their * or give the people their money back, since everyone would get it because it is a nice package and try to use it more than once.

It is definitely wrong description and that is Origin's fault. They should put in the description that this package can be used only once per account as Amazon does for their.
