Captcha invalid on site login

Every time I try to log in to the site using the one-time code to register my device it keeps saying that the Captcha is invalid. I don't have any ad-blockers on and I have tried doing it on other browsers and other devices and it still inst working. Is there something I'm missing or do I need to call support to get it dealt with so I can login.
