Question

You have a major issue in trying to onboard free players that want to subscribe: I cannot redeem a subscription code online ("There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved").

I resorted to this forum because phone support is obviously offshore and they could not understand my issue so asked me to repeat it several times. They said I can send an email then failed to provide one. Rep could not follow spelling, I asked for an escalation and (Darun?) replied, "I'm the highest ranking person here." Address your call center so that they don't lose you customers.

Support said if the swtor account is also named&nbsp;BARONVONBEARING&nbsp;&nbsp;

You will need to call swtor support when the lines open to sort the account issue on the account
