Referral Code Issue (Preferred)

So I've been subscribed in the past and have never used a referral link before. When I logged on to the game it would seem that I have gotten The "Jumpstart Bundle" - the same reward as new players without accounts, despite being previously subbed. I really hope this problem can be rectified. Any support is appreciated.

Ahh ok it is a bug you are entitled to nothing from the referral code as the eligibility for the preferred friends bundle is being subscribed more then 90 day ago.

If you have a friend who has never played SW:TOR before or has been unsubscribed for 90 days or more, invite them to play again by sending them your personal referral link.

Actually, you should get the preferred package, since you were already subscriber.
You can try to write an email to support@swtor.com.

You did not show how old the message is. Some mails are also sent to every new character. If you gained this bonus by a firend link years ago you might still receive it on new characters. But at one point you used a referral link for sure.
So if you used the link before you subbed for the first time this is the correct reward: http://www.swtor.com/info/friends

My sub ran out on April 30th and I'm quite sure I've never used a referral code before now. I did use another character in order to get the 3rd screenshot because I ended up deleting the message on my main (out of habit).

Ah I see, I was under the impression that you had to wait 90 days between each use of the code. I suppose I should be grateful that I got anything at all lol.
