regional prices

When you removed regional prices for russia you also removed regional prices for Ukraine, i can't afford this subscription, the price is clearly west European/USA (with 3000 euro average salary), in Ukraine we have 350-400 average salary, so 10 euro is 2.5% of average Ukrainian salary, while for European with 3000 salary its only 0.35%, can you bring back regional prices for Ukraine ?
