i was away from game for like a year, try to log in again and forgot my password them i use the recovery pass tool and reset my password, now i cant imput the new pasword coz i dont have security key and cant remove the security key coz i dont have my account password, can someone pls remove my security key??
you need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the ley manually

if you knew the account password you can remove the key yourself in a web browser at www.swtor.com by clicking on the lost key link but without the right password you need to call and provide proof as the account owner
