Remove Security Key Loop

Hello there,

I am lost... Can someone help me please. We can only submit a ticket, if you have a sub. When I call the support number, "Support team isn't available at the moment...:

So, how do I get access to my account again? I can't sub because I don't have the key. I can't call bc there isn't support for calling.

by my calcs the english lines closed about an hour ago

I have similar problem. I don't know my password anymore apparently and I can't reset, because that requires the security key. To remove the security key though, I apparently need to know my password. How does one navigate out of this BS?

@proxos666 And I assume 21st century options like opening a ticket are not available?

@ProfesorLegend You best give up. I've tried for 2 years to get back my account in the same situation. EA games does not want to let me play the game.

I refuse in the year of our lord 2021 to call a service hotline that won't even service me in my native language.

Emailing support@swtor.com is a way to open a ticket, however to the best of my knowledge any email/ ticket to remove the security key teh ywill ask you to call to verify your account by answering the security questions or similar on the account
