Rename Token missing!
Hi. Last year i used free character rename from the official website. But I still don't get any mail (in-game) or anything. Please help. I thank you in advance for your support!

EA QV TeamIf you log on to https://account.swtor.com/user/account/character/rename you should see the name and server of the character it was sent to, and you can then double check that character's mailbox in-game.
If it's not there, you'll likely need to submit a ticket to our in-game advisors through the Customer Service portal, or by sending an email to support@swtor.com with a description of your issue (including names, dates, etc.).
The free Rename should be on your account page, at least it was for me.
