Restoring progress
Hello,
So I have been inactive for a few years (not by choice) and decided to start playing again, however when I logged back into the game, all my progress was gone.
All servers were cleared of characters I had. However there was never any notice of termination.
Is there a way to get them back? For now I remade one character as I do want to play.

usually, even if you haven't logged in for a long time, characters won't be deleted. You might be asked to rename them if there was a merger, but the characters should still be there. They would have been moved to the new servers, for instance, if you were on a European english server ( red eclipse etc ) your character would have been moved to Darth Malgus
As you have not been playing for a few years, would it be possible for you to have another account?
It might be worth checking with the support what they can find.
