Returning player cannot reset password

Hello Everyone! 

I'm a returning player, who purchased a collectors edition way back during release. I wanted to try playing again, but I forgot my credentials, so I started the password recovery process. I used my original collectors edition security key when I setup my account, and I actually still have it(and it is still generating keys), but when I try to reset my password it won't let me change anything. It says the optional security key is invalid. I've tried to reset my password with and without the key, but it won't work. I'm wondering if maybe the key and my account are out of sync since its been so long since I've played. 

I there a way I can recover my old account? Like, how can I get help logging in?
