Returning to SWTOR

Hey folks, I hope you are all doing well. I am returning to SWTOR after a considerable break (several years at least) and I have discovered that none of my original characters seem to exist. I belie...

    @Woolthorp Good question, both of your ideas can be true! I would recommend contacting EA directly via this link

    you will need to speak directly with support staff. as we do not have access to any accounts you have here. I would suggest also looking at the server selection once you login to the game. maybe they were moved to a different server then the one the game chose for you this time automatically. if that is the case you can look up Character migration to make sure you are on the best server for your location.

    Customer Service may be able to access the history of your account to figure it all out. Lets us know!

@N004Drake Hey, thanks for the swift reply!

That link mentions that I need to be a subscriber to access their support services, and I am currently not. Will that be a problem?

As far as I can tell none of the servers have any of my characters, though I'm still part way through the download process so perhaps they haven't shown up yet?

Regardless, I'm sure that I'll figure this out. Thanks again.

    @Woolthorp 

    That count under Account problems and anybody can call them for this, you couldn't use the in-game Ticket System.
     
    Missing Characters means most often you are on an wrong account.

    @WoolthorpMaybe the download is done now and youll see it. @Ahrngrim is right though, Usually wrong account would make this happen. I would call regardless because you were before.
