Reversed Paypal Payment?

Hi, I subscribed a few days ago and the transaction went through, but today I log in and it tells me I'm now a preferred player. I log on to Paypal and the payment was reversed for some reason. I did...

No one can assist with an account issue involving money, you will need to call swtor cs to discuss this.

I would much prefer to email them.

EDIT: Ok, this makes absolutely no sense. I contacted Paypal and they said that I was the one who reversed the payment yesterday, except I didn't. 

I'm now waiting for bank to respond.
