Ridiculous Camera distance bug!
On ONE of my characters the camera will not zoom out beyond 32% even with the setting at 100%. All of my characters use the exact same UI settings/profile but no other character experiences this issu...

I don;t know if you;ve seen this thread but it suggests deleting the *.ini just for that specific character:

I haven't seen this so I;m going off of forum searches. I;m hoping you;ve already tried these but I wanted to point them out.
