Rishi Daily A Trail of Light
So I proceed to second datastream after the first one, but when I scan it, it always shows "interrupted" no matter which angle or range between it I stand. Is it bugged or ?

I vaguely remember that there is another quest that can interfere with the Rishi. It's one of the quests on old-Ziost (I cant remember the name, sorry) that uses the macrobinoculars as well.
Can you check if you got another quest up that needs those and see if you can abandon or complete that one?
