Greetings. I have the same problem with steam subscription. Already sent an email with screenshots today. Here screenshot of the mail.
Log into help.ea.com and there is a ticket 98080620 to upload the screenshots too , let me know when done

Seems you need to redo and upload the steam id screenshot , They need to be able to see the username in the top right as well due to the names not matching
so just upload an uncropped screenshot of the steam ID screen to that ticket and let me know when done

Hello! I have a problem, I bought a subscription through Steam, but it did not activate. Please help with this problem! I have submitted screenshots. I activated sub from swtor.com after and now i have subscriber. But i should have 2 month subscription.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona mrsermoz (not kratj your posting with now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I just changed the email linked to my swtor account. Now it is the same as on this EA account.

I can't receive an email about password reset on mrsermoz account.

Either create a case at the bottom of https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account
or call swtor support when the lines are open and they can update the email on that account

Gametime has been added , you will need to cancel the steam subscription , it can renewed again after the current gametime ends

The issue with your account cant be fixed over a forum , so you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open
