Password reset but no result

The linked ea account is still dormant, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses a Gmail email , not your mail.ru email
the gmail had to of been used previously on the swtor account
use the following link (insert the Gmail email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

i'll recheck again , not sure how many gmail email addresses you have had in the past , but if you haven't tried another email i would say its still dormant
will know in about 6 hrs from now

The account is still disabled, so not the right account email, if you cant work out what the right email is , call swtor support when the lines are open and they can put a new email address on that account for you
- 2 years ago@proxos666 Bought a subscription through steam, but it writes that the subscription is not active. I did everything according to the instructions ([edit: email address removed]), but no response yet. Very much want to play, help.

support have your email, however to fix the account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, they cant add any gametime to that swtor account until fixed (should be a quick fix though) https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message
maybe skype or voip will be an option for you
otherwise your only other option is to create a new swtor account, link steam to that new account and then resend the screenshots to get the gametime added to a new account
