Same systems, two different issues.

My husband I have the exact same gaming laptop, Lenovo Y700. I loaded up SWTOR when I got mine back in June and played with no issues but now I'm having one, and husband is having a total other.  ...

    @PhoenixFire31

    Drive power state failure is usually incompatible driver related, I would uninstall the Intel Rapid Storage drivers given it is what is appearing as crashing.

    It seems your not alone with this, with the lenova 80NW , Lenova have pulled the BIOS version you have installed due to issues see this Lenova thread (Link)

    Confirm this is your system they have released an updated BIOS (Link) cdcn53ww

May be worthwhile talking to Lenova as well 

I also found this driver that looks along the lines of where this error lays (Link)

    Ok so launcher is still non streaming (huzzah!) and I went ahead and used Lenovo's site to update/reinstall BIOS and that pesky IRS program (mine was on a newer download but this specific computer was only on an earlier version according to the site.) So far no more keyboard freezes and only a minor hiccup with graphics when I tried to use fullscreen (windowed) mode. Deleted my settings file to fix that and not going to use that mode. Thank you so much for helping me traipse through all this.
