Screen flashes colors after launching

I can launch into my account just fine, but when my wife logs in and launches, the screen flashes colors, and I have to restart my computer in safety mode to be able to do anything. I have reset my P...

The file does exist.

Edit: Followed the linked instructions, and the problem seems to fixed. I will test this for a little while and come back.
