Screen goes black and crashed back to desktop on clicking "PLAY"

I have been having trouble getting the game to launch. the launcher downloads and opens fine, but when i press the "Play" button, i get a black screen and then it closes back to desktop. I have alre...

Using CRU to change the resolutions there worked! finally after 2 weeks of troubleshooting for this game i can actually play it.
