Security Key Battery Dead - Can't Reset Password for my Account
Help! I am trying to perform a password reset and I know that I used to have 2 factor auth set up. The trouble is that my security key battery has died completely leaving me locked out. Is there a way to reset my password with another method of authentication? Thanks in advance!
You cant reset the password with a security key attached that doesnt work
you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the security key so you can reset the password
