Security Key SWTOR
I can't log in through the SK security key app. I found out that it is no longer supported and another authenticator was suggested. However, I can't log in and remove the old one from my account and I need help.

Leave the key blank in a web browser not the launcher as seen in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-SWTOR-Security-Key-Issues/m-p/4833445#M70854
Failing that you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the key manually
Can I contact someone via email? Login menu doesn't looks like that anymore and I can't call any of the support numbers
you can email mailto:support@swtor.com, but to remove a security key they will ask you to call if you cant remove the key by leaving the key section blank
Not sure what you mean doesnt look like that anymore, just did it on my account and it looks the same, i get the belowI managed to disable it by restarting the device. I was lucky and ended up removing the old one and putting in a new authenticator. Thank you all for your help.
