Hi, having been away from the game for a considerable time, I have tried to login again and appear to be unable to as it's asking for a security key. When I did play I subscribed and used the security key app on my phone to login each time. I have obviously changed devices since then and no longer had the app installed. Am I still able to access my old account? TIA

Yes, that is the first thing I tried before posting. The option of forgotten security key is not appearing after I have tried to login without it.
if it does the same with another web browser , best to call swtor support when the lines open
This may be the case, I have tried to login using edge instead of chrome and have the same issue. All I see after entering my username and password is a red bar saying login failed, with no other information.
I think that login failed is an indication of a bad password , best to call they can get you fixed
Taking this into account, I tried a different password (my browser had one saved, so assumed was correct) and I am successfully back in! Feel a tad dumb that it was as simple as that, but thankyou for your help 🤙
