Server connection issues

Hi fellow players,

I am currently having issues with disconnection from the server. After I log on to my character nd get ingame I will suddenly disconnect after 10 seconds. (average)

I assume it is because my account is on an EU server as I am from Britian, but recently I have moved to Dubai to work for the year. I am not sure if this hugely effect the connection to the server? If it does, is there any other solution that mind help re-establish the connection?

If this is not abl to be fixed, does anyone know if it i possible to transfer characters across servers?
