Bought Cartel Coins Yet Still Waiting

I was on with support this morning after it had already been 24 hours, and having not received my cartel coins that I purchased!

This was what I got from support: Today, I have tried to assist you concerning the purchase of the cartel coins from the website. We understand how concerning this can be, and we want to assure you that EA is aware of the issue and is actively looking into it. Our team is currently working to resolve this issue. We kindly ask for your patience while we complete this process.

Its been close to 48 hours of not getting what I rightfully bought, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I purchased 1050 cartel coins... and I see the purchase history saying the transaction was complete!

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
