Server full of Permanent Banned/Harassers/Cheaters

By allowing these type of players to go unproperly punished -

This ruins the fun and experience for every one else playing the game the right way.

It gives bad feedback to the community and damages what remains true within the games competition in Ranked PvP.

With all that is said, I can only encourage for these players to be stopped as the Dev / Bioware team are the only ones to fix this problem in Satele Shan server against cheaters and exploiters.
