server lag hanging up the game for swtor

Hello Team,

Need a bit help. I have been subscriber since few months. I am located in Pune-India. Since last 2 months I am having too much server lag when I am playing swtor. Many a times the game hangs. frequently the server lag goes above 1000 or even 5000 + and stars hanging up. I need this problem resolved before I pay for subscription. I am not even able to play ☹️.

by using netstat i found that swtor.exe is connecting to 159.153.65.219

Please find below results of patchping and

It appears your issue lays between hop 2 and hop 3 , I do not know what 172.16.45.1 is as it is a private network address so unknown if this is within your local network or not.

Hop 3 belongs to Gazon communications so I would be showing that pingplot to your ISP and how the packet loss starts at Hop 3 and continues on.
