Sever List Problem. Would Appreciate Assistance.

       Can somebody please help or at least explain something to me? I hadn't played swtor for a few days and during that period they released the patch. So, normally I logged in, installed the patch...

You want to clarify , so you get it to work using a proxy setting ? or do you mean a VPN ?

How do you know its a windows service ?

I wouldn't recommend a factory reset, system refresh at worst (Link for Win 10) and (Link for Win 7)

I don't know that is what the tech said all I know is it worked 2 times but it took 3+ hours each time to get it to work and now it hasn't worked at all, and if you read what u have been saying you would know

    What exactly is it your doing to get the server list to appear 

    If you want to keep being defensive in answering questions your doing yourself no favors
