Shadow of Revan Expansion Pack- Concerns
If I buy the Shadow of Revan expansion pack will I be able to start of with Rise of the Hut Cartel, or do I have to purchase them separately?

If you subscribe for at least one month you will unlock all the expansions at once (including Return of the Hutt Cartel, Shadow of Revan and Knights of the Fallen Empire). Then you can start Hutt Cartel, then do Shadow of Revan. It's suggested to subscribe rather than purchase the expansions since you unlock everything at once 🙂
