Shae Vizla Server Frequent Disconnects

I wanted to play from the beginning on a fresh server, so I started a new character on the Shae Vizla server. I cannot play more than a few minutes without getting disconnected from the server. I do not have this issue on any other server which I have numerous characters on each and of course in game support only gives you a useless generic response and closes the ticket. I'm on Ethernet and Spectrum Cable Internet so connection is not an issue. This happens every time I try to play only on this server.
