I'd love to submit an in-game ticket to customer service but I'm currently Free to play so I can't do that or can I?

Oh well if that's my only choice ok just hope they read it or respond to it thanks for the help.

I am a subscriber and have the same issue with an agent quest , just the image of the quest giver with no sound or text input possible to continue. I have submitted a ticket back in December and again now in February as this has happened twice now with no response.

I may or may not have a solution for this. If you try quitting and getting back into the game, the holo should work. Or if it still doesn't, travel to another planet AND THEN quit and log in again. It worked for me.

The catchall steps now is

Switch to window mode, lower all gfx to low , travel to say belsavis and try again 

if you're having the servant one bug what worked for me was go to belsavis lower graphics to lowest settings then go quesh then belsavis :eahigh_file:
