[SOLVED] SW KOTET on Chapter IV where you need to speak to Vette is broken.

So I was playing the Eternal Throne story, was having a good time, then all of the sudden, I come up to the part where we need to kill off the droids invading us when we have all the crew there. After we killed them off, I have to talk to Vette, but when it tries to go into the cut scene, it black screens for a couple of minutes, then the camera will stay in place, not show the cut scene, and will stay there until you press the escape button. I've lowered my graphics settings, switched in and out of the instance, reset the instance, and even restarted my game several times, but nothing works. I've looked into a thread, and this has been an issue since 2016, (http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=902559). I love this game, but I would really like for this issue to be fixed. If anyone has any recommendations as to how I fix this issue, please send me some info on it.
