Standard Edition - missing 500 Cartel Coins

Hello

I bought the Standard Edition of the SWTOR on origin about a month ago. I've got everything out of the package except for the 500 Cartel Coins. I've got the 500 out of the monthly subscription grant but not from the package itself.

I contacted Origin support first, but they said I need to contact SWTOR support. Is there anyone who can help with this?

    The standard edition is a retail key granting 30 days of subscription time the 500 coins will be the 500 coins you got from the monthly subscription grant.

    also that standard edition can only be purchased and applied to an account once just so you are aware.
