Star Fortress Bug

Isn't this going to be fixed ever? Is there any workaround to this? The exarch (Hoth specifically) bugged after I've drained his solar energy and clicked the terminal in front of him. Instead of jump...

just to check all you did was use the terminal and the stacks re-appeared ? or did something else occur

it is very important when trying to replicate, and what occurred for it to happen
