I like some of these idea. I definitely can see the Blacklight Virus maybe a side story or something that is done once. Making it a recurring event would be too similar to the Rakghoul event but I guess it depends on how its done.
the story with Rakatan is similar to a flashpoint that exists for a similar story. Can't remember which one so not sure how they could make it different.
For Exar Kun that could be interesting. I know in legends his spirit comes back in one of the novels. So depending on how it's done could work as well.
