Star Wars The Old Republic. Game will not launch due to issue with Game Update 5.10.3a.
Screen message: "This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again".
Have tried numerous times, still fails to launch, still get same message.

Tried but didn't help.
This error is usually associated with a communication issue or interference from the AV or Firewall, a reboot normally solves it though.
If it cant be resolved, you can do a game re-install using a different patch method per this link , this does not have the unspecified error message.
