Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) 

to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

steam is the only way to activate a subscription on that account at present, you can wait for them to email you saying it is fixed , but there is no time frame provided on when that can occur

@Mr_Disarmed Why so STEAM now is the only possible way to active sub ? I don't ever have that geme on Steam ... 🤨 And you want to say that I may wait till end of time for a response from their side? 😅

i have no time frame on a fix at this stage, you always have the option to make a new account that will work ok to subscribe too

@proxos666 Siriously ? "Make a new account" I have this account way back from 2012 .... I already also saw to that many ppl have same problem and I didn't saw any anserws for them ..😕

You can subscribe via steam presently , just be sure to login and play on a character via steam to link the accounts fully or wait for a fix is the other option.

i cannot change the response as that is all that there is at present.
