Thanks very much - this was in fact my first step - however I never received the password reset to my email which is linked to my origin account. Hence reaching out to the community
EA QV TeamHmm, I don't actually see a SWTOR account linked to the Origin ID you're posting on. I'd check any other email addresses you might have used for the game, see if there are any SWTOR messages there. If you're unable to find the SWTOR emails in any of your addresses, you'll need to call in. Our advisors here should be able to track down your account and get it back to you.
