Stars Wars ToR, not recieving the Digital upgrade pack

Not recieving the digitial upgrade pack, waste of money??????

I bought the upgrade pack 50 minutes ago, I'm not recieving anything ingame, I bought on the right (and only) account.
Can somebody please help me out, I've been told to wait, check my email, etc etc...
