Startup Failure.

I have a problem which may or may not be solved, but i cant find it so i will make a post.

I will log in and press play and it is fine until it opens the KOTOR loading screen with all of the magnaguard staff-like lightsaber dudes in the background. Then it almost immediatley crashes and says a message:

"This program encountered and internal error and will exit.

Error code: C5

Failed to load game assets. Please contact customer support."

so ye. wat do the does??
